Before a doctor can take a single appointment, our clinical team checks their PMDC registration, verifies their CNIC with NADRA, reviews their degree and house job certificates, and interviews them on a video call. Their PMDC registration number is shown on their profile.
Yes. Our doctors practise in Pakistan, so you can speak with them in Urdu or English. The app itself is in English, and you can search for doctors by symptom in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu.
Signing up is free. Each doctor sets their own consultation fee, shown before you book: the price you see is the price you pay, with no booking fee added.
You can cancel before your consultation starts, or move it to another free time with the same doctor, from your appointment. Before you pay, the booking screen shows how late you can cancel for a full refund and what is kept if you cancel later; the app shows exactly what you get back before you confirm. If your doctor can't make it, they can offer you other times, and if none suit you, you are refunded in full. If your doctor does not join, you are refunded automatically.
Yes, for Android: it is free on Google Play. On an iPhone, use ShifaNext in your browser at shifanext.com; there is no iPhone app.
